Empty a market, don't skim it

Describe the business you want. We sweep the market on a grid until it stops returning anything new, enrich every result with 94 columns, and have AI read each website to confirm it really is the kind of business you asked for.

One query isn't a market

A Google Maps query returns a page of results and stops. Tools built as a thin wrapper around that API inherit the limit: you get the businesses nearest the centre point, ranked the way Maps felt like ranking them that day, and no way to tell what was left behind.

The businesses your competitors never contact are the ones sitting outside that first page. Reaching them is an arithmetic problem, not a data-source problem.

So we run a market as a grid. City by city, point by point, with pagination at each point, until new points stop producing businesses nobody has seen yet. Smart Strategy automates the sweep across an entire country, resumes where it left off, and stops against a token budget you set.

Houston, plumbers, 3 September 2026.
164 Google Maps, paged
until it stops
551 A grid sweep of
the same city
Both counts are businesses inside Houston that Google itself categorises as plumbers. The wrapper isn't broken and the search isn't wrong — one query simply runs out long before the city does.

Most bulk lead data is full of businesses you didn't ask for

Search "roofing contractor" and the results include roofing supply wholesalers, general builders, and a gutter-cleaning franchise. Every bulk provider has this problem. Most solve it by filtering on the platform's own category, which throws away real businesses along with the junk.

We read the business's own website and judge it against the search query that returned it. The answer is yes, no, or unclear, and it comes with the sentence copied from the page that justifies the verdict, so you can audit any call you disagree with. You write nothing and configure nothing.

Supporting study, n=284, published in full including the part that argues against us: a model reading the site kept 98.8% of genuine businesses, against 87.4% for filtering on the Google Maps category, which silently discards roughly one real business in eight. Those figures measure the method of reading a website, not this shipped check, and both raters in the study were language models. We haven't published an independent accuracy figure for the shipped check, and you shouldn't read one into those numbers.

What arrives with every business

94 columns per business

Contact details, addresses, ratings and review counts, socials, infrastructure, and the growth and quality signals we derive from the site: hiring intent, site freshness, missing meta description, mixed content, DMARC deliverability, AI-search visibility.

1,474 technologies checked

The deduplicated union of 759 in the main table across 31 categories, 441 chat and chatbot widgets, 218 booking and scheduling systems, 89 CRMs, 35 vertical operations platforms, 30 CMS platforms and 26 email-marketing platforms. Reproducible from the detector tables themselves.

Contacts, and verification you can trust

Decision-maker discovery finds named people at the business. Addresses are checked against the mailbox rather than guessed from a pattern, and an address we couldn't confirm is reported as unconfirmed rather than sold as verified.

Three states, never two

Every field is a value, a confirmed absence, or blank meaning never checked. That distinction is what makes a negative filter worth running: "businesses with no CRM" returns the ones we looked at and found none, not the ones we never read.
